We only deliver within Switzerland.
Orders with delivery addresses outside Switzerland cannot be processed at this time.
Shipping Partner
Shipping is generally carried out by Die Schweizerische Post AG or an equivalent shipping service provider.
Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after successful payment receipt.
The processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise specified for the product.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, the usual delivery time within Switzerland is generally 1 to 3 business days.
Total delivery time is therefore usually 2 to 6 business days.

Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs will be transparently displayed in the checkout before completing the order.
Free shipping promotions or special conditions may be offered for a limited time.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, force majeure, supply bottlenecks, or events beyond our control.
In such cases, we endeavor to provide information and process the order as quickly as possible.
Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are permissible if reasonable.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, non-collection, or refusal of acceptance, additional shipping costs may be charged again.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Please check the delivery upon receipt for completeness and visible damage.

Self-Collection
Collection at the Rümlang location is only possible by prior arrangement.
