Returns/Right of Withdrawal
No statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland
Under Swiss law, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary purchase contracts.
Therefore, there is no right to return, exchange, revoke, or refund goods that are free of defects and delivered correctly.
This applies to both online shop orders and purchases made in a physical store.
Voluntary goodwill solutions
In individual cases, a return may only be made with our prior written consent.
There is no entitlement to this.
Exceptions for defects or incorrect deliveries
Of course, legal claims for proven defects, faults, or incorrect deliveries remain reserved.

Condition of any returns
Approved returns will only be accepted in unused, complete, and original packaging, provided this is possible and reasonable given the product type.
Refunds
If a return has been expressly approved, any refund will be made after inspection of the goods via the original payment method or by individual agreement.
